Nel corso del collegamento il pubblico potrà conoscere tutte le attività che vengono condotte in un luogo così inospitale e comprendere il contributo dell’Italia alle ricerche in Antartide.
Situata sul plateau antartico, a 3.233 m di altitudine, nel sito denominato Dome C (75°06’ Sud e 123°21’ Est), Concordia è una delle tre stazioni permanenti oggi operanti nell’Antartide continentale. Viene gestita da due nazioni, Italia e Francia, tramite i rispettivi Programmi nazionali Antartici.
