Il giornalista avrà il compito di testimoniare e raccontare sulle diverse piattaforme mediatiche (stampa, radio, televisione, siti web e social network) la presenza dell’Italia in Antartide e le attività di ricerca svolte (LINEA 1).
Contestualmente, sarà possibile presentare proposte editoriali per la realizzazione di grandi progetti divulgativi che valorizzino le attività di ricerca scientifica in Antartide e offrano spunti per ampliare gli orizzonti di conoscenza del territorio polare (LINEA 2).
